What is a good water cooling kit for my computer?
I want a watercooling kit for my computer. There are too many fans that make too much noise when I run it 24 hours. I can't sleep. If not watercooling, then what is a good way to cool the system. No fans.
First option is the water cooling set from evercool, which costs about $90 dollars. The second cheapest is the Kingwin Aquastar, which is a little more expensive (around $100-$110). Always use distilled water with the liquid cooling systems.
However, if you just want to lower the sound profile of your computer, replace all the fans (cpu, gpu, ram, etc) with either liquid cooling or head dissipating components (copper or aluminum casings). Be aware that you will have to keep an eye on the temperatures of these parts as they are used, simply because heat can build over time. Liquid cooling systems make less noise, but they cause much more of a hassle.
If you are having trouble sleeping, I advise using a white noise machine to create a simple, consistent noise that will help you sleep. These usually block other noises, so you may not even hear the computer at all.
